What do the condition grades mean?
Grade A looks like new, with no marks you would notice at arm’s length. Grade B has light marks on the lid or palm rest and works perfectly. Grade C has visible scuffs or dents, is fully tested and is our lowest price.
What is tested before a laptop is sold?
150 checks across battery, display, keyboard, ports, wireless, storage and cooling. If a laptop fails one, it goes back to the bench. Each one ships with its test report.
What comes in the box?
Your laptop, its charger and your 150-point test report. Every laptop also comes with 30-day returns.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices are in rand and include 15% VAT. Delivery is calculated at checkout.
How do I sell my laptop to you?

Is store credit worth more than cash?
